Ten million new millionaires will be created between 2006-2016, and you can become one of them especially if you are in direct selling, technology, home-based business, product distribution, or an emerging trillion-dollar industry like wellness.

Seems like Paul is being proved right, even in these tough economic times. The World is home to more than 10 million millionaires already now. The number of people around the world with at least $1 million in assets passed 10 million for the first time last year.

As Randy explained in the training session, true wealth is created in Network Marketing only when a certain set of factors are all in place. You must join the right opportunity at the right time if you want to create a Rock Star lifestyle. It’s critical that you are in place when exponential growth (also sometimes called momentum) is about to take effect.

Now of course everyone thinks that his or her program is poised for momentum. But a study of the industry and the different categories of opportunities reveals that this is not true. Here is a review of the five categories Randy used as case studies in the training session and the important information to know about each.

Category 1 – “The Bottle Rockets”

Now these opportunities actually often do experience the exponential growth curve. But of course their downward trajectory is even more dramatic, once they experience the regulator scrutiny that is inevitable for schemes like these.

It’s important to understand that the opportunities in this category are NOT Network Marketing programs, even though they often claim otherwise. These would include chain letters, recipe clubs, the airplane game, the magic gas pill, and other schemes that are just excuses for people to move money to the top of the structure. They are illegal and they hurt people.

Category 2 – “The Old Guard”

Now these are the companies that hit and actually sustained momentum for a significant period of time. They are now billion-dollar-plus companies and have already created legacy incomes for people who got in early and became a reason for their growth. These are fine companies offering stability and the chance for a steady income.

But most industry experts would agree with Randy that your chances of creating significant wealth with them have expired. They have reached a level of maturity that prevents someone from starting with them today and creating large bonus checks or exponential growth.

Category 3 – “The Flat-liners”

These companies are the bridesmaids that never got to be the bride. They have been around for a long period of time, but never hit that exponential growth curve. The only growth they have, if any, is incremental growth, usually coming from opening new markets. In the markets they have been operating in for long times, these companies have failed to capture the imagination of the public.

There are many reasons these companies did not reach momentum. Often it is because their products are not viable, their compensation plan does not promote the correct behavior, or inexperienced or poor management.

Of course these companies often tout their longevity and suggest that momentum is imminent. But history has shown that the companies that reach momentum today do so in the early years. It’s virtually impossible to create substantial wealth with a flat-line company, unless you are willing to hang around for decades.

Category 4 – “The Peddlers”

These programs probably create more misunderstanding and broken dreams in the business than any other. Because most people are not aware of the distinction between the small business model (primarily retailing products) and the big business model (developing duplication and creating a large team of distributors that produces large group volumes).

These programs include the numerous party plan companies, phone and utility services, legal plans, discount cards, air and water purifiers, insurance, and other plans that are geared for salespeople. The big problem with these scenarios is that they completely miss the formula for creating wealth in Network Marketing:

“Get a large group of people – to do a few
simple actions– over a consistent period of time.”

The reality is about 10 percent of any population could be classified as sales types. They have developed selling skills, have no fear of rejection, and they are constantly on the lookout for new prospects. They drive around in their car all day listening to motivational recordings and say things like, “I LOVE to hear a ‘no,’ because I know after another eight ‘no’s’ I’m going to get to a ‘yes!’”

That means 90 percent of any population would have to be classified as non-sales types. They don’t know how to sell, they hate the very idea of it, and they’re deathly afraid of rejection. They don’t want to wear buttons with corny slogans on their clothes, make cold calls, and chase after strangers at the shopping mall. They will use the products themselves and they feel comfortable referring them to a select group of friends. But they don’t feel at ease in a sales role or “playing store.”

As a result of this, these 90 percent do not do well in the peddler companies. They may join initially after a good product experience, but they soon are out of their comfort zone and usually drop out, or remain customers but do not actively build the business.

Naturally if we want to follow the first part of the formula – get a large group of people to do a few simple actions – it makes sense that we would tailor our approach to the 90 percent, not the 10 percent. That is the fatal flaw in the peddler companies, in that their approach is geared to the ten percent of sales types.

A strong salesperson can produce a large income in one of these situations. But it will be dependent on constant activity to replace the “churn”–the large number of people that drop out each month. Of course this means that they don’t have any true passive income, making them destined to be grinders for as long as they work the program.

Category 5 – “The Holy Grail”

Our final category is where true wealth is created in Network Marketing. This is an emerging company that possesses what it takes to hit and sustain momentum, and become the next billion-dollar success story. This is where legacy incomes and substantial wealth are created.

Now of course every new company believes they are the next “chosen one.” And the distributors that prospect you aren’t intentionally telling you an untruth. They honestly believe what they’re saying. Unfortunately most do not have enough experience, knowledge and perspective to really understand what’s required for a company to go into momentum.

As you know by now, if you listened to the audio link above Randy Gage, Eric Worre, Randy Schroeder, Rob and Nicky Horkings, Ata Mamadov, Dr. Tim Berry, Julie Mirr and many other experienced industry leaders believe Agel Enterprises has all the necessary factors to become the next category five company. It’s important to understand that these people are all leaders with combined experience of over a century, have made millions of dollars in the business, and helped thousands of distributors reach higher levels of success. They’re not easily swayed and they have the knowledge and perspective of how momentum is really created.

Randy Schroeder sums his thoughts up well here:

The average person has to be able to understand your products in a 30-second elevator speech. If you need 10 lab reports or five hours of doctor recordings for people to “get” your products, it doesn’t meet the formula for creating wealth. This is the reason many of the flat-line companies do not hit exponential growth.

History has shown that non-consumable products like water filters and air purifiers don’t sustain themselves long-term. Likewise history has shown companies with products like these can create some initial excitement through front-end loading or hype, but they don’t pan out in the long haul.

One of the other shocking truths is that one-product companies don’t hold their own over the long term. Like the non-consumables, they can create some initial excitement. But there simply is not enough volume produced to sustain the compensation plan and reward top leaders. At some point they recognise that distributors in other companies with the same size organisation make substantially more money than they do. So even if they love their product and their company, they ultimately make a business decision and choose to build a business elsewhere. This has been demonstrated countless times in the last decade with the dozens of magic berry juice companies.

The Agel product line is the first fresh new product idea in almost 15 years in the industry. Why Network Marketing?

Q. Can Network Marketing be done successfully part-time?
A. Absolutely….it’s very common in fact. You can start your Network Marketing business on a part-time basis without giving up your current source of income until your Network Marketing business is generating the income you require. And the best part is that you can continue to operate indefinitely on a part-time basis. What would you do if you were financially independent and most of your time was free to do with as you pleased? This is why so many people are flocking to Network Marketing. Q. Do I have to sell products door-to-door or hold parties or meetings?
A. No. One of the greatest features of Network Marketing is that success can be achieved using a wide variety of methods. You choose the methods that YOU are comfortable with. And unlike illegal pyramids, in Network Marketing, no matter where you’re positioned or when you join, you can advance to the very highest income levels and even make more money than those above you in the network.

Q. I’m not a salesperson, so this probably isn’t for me.
A. Actually, studies have shown that people with no sales experience do great in Network Marketing. In fact, the studies show that they often do better than those with previous sales experience. This is because Network Marketing isn’t about selling; at least not in the way most people think of selling. There’s no place for arm-twisting or high-pressure techniques in Network Marketing. Rather, Network Marketing is simply about sharing the concepts and products of your Network Marketing company that you use and you’re excited about.

Q. How much money can I make?
A. The bottom line is you’ll get out of it what you put into it. It works…if you do. But that’s the beauty of it, too; you are in control; it’s up to you how far you take it. And don’t forget, the income you create in Network Marketing is residual. This basically means that for the work you do just today, you have the potential to earn money not only for today but for years to come.

Q. Do I have to sponsor a lot of people to be successful?
A. No, if you can sponsor just one person every month or two, you can do great in Network Marketing. Q. What’s so important about sponsoring in this business anyway?
A. It’s like this… it doesn’t matter how intelligent, rich, energetic, or dynamic you are; we are all limited to the same 24 hours a day. By sponsoring, however, you can overcome this limitation. By sponsoring, you can virtually clone yourself and have dozens, hundreds, even thousands of people all working indirectly on your behalf on their time and receive a cut of everything they do. Sponsoring also builds your security in this business. Why? In most traditional businesses, what happens if you become ill or disabled and are unable to service your customers? A. Most Network Marketing companies today allow its distributors (and often even retail customers) to order direct from the company. The company simultaneously tracks your commissions, credits your account, and automatically sends you a check for the total amount due.

Q. Isn’t Network Marketing just another “get-rich-quick” scheme?
A. No, “get-rich-quick” is a fairy tale. It just doesn’t happen in the real world. Sure, there are a few exceptions, but they’re extremely rare. In fact, if overnight riches is your dream, your odds are probably better playing your state lottery than doing it in business – any business.

Q. I couldn’t get involved in Network Marketing. It’s not a “real” business.
A. It’s very real. Network Marketing is now a multi-billion dollar industry involving millions of independent business people and major U.S. corporations like Colgate-Palmolive, Gillette, Sprint, and MCI, just to name a few. And it’s a rapidly-growing international force, too, with thousands of Network Marketing companies already in operation in Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Basin.

Q. If Network Marketing is so great, why aren’t more people involved?
A. That can be summed up in one word: misconceptions. The general public just doesn’t understand what Network Marketing is or its potential. But that’s finally starting to change. Right now it’s estimated that only about 2% of the U.S. population is involved in Network Marketing. But industry experts predict that that number could climb to 10% by the end of this decade. You can position yourself to take advantage of this trend by getting started in Network Marketing now. The timing is great for getting involved!

Q. What are the costs involved in starting and operating this kind of business?
A. Virtually all Network Marketing companies require you to first purchase some kind of “Starter Kit.” This is a one-time cost, and is usually less than $100. In addition, of course, you’ll have monthly expenses for office supplies, postage, advertising, etc. A total of $50-$150 dollars per month is probably a realistic expenditure to expect. Anyone can afford this amount of money without jeopardising their current lifestyle while they’re trying to build a better one. And here’s some more good news — most, if not all of that, is tax deductible.

Q. What if I can’t afford to buy extra products.
A. You’re not supposed to. Network Marketing companies just want you to replace those products you now buy elsewhere with the equivalent-but-higher-quality products your Network Marketing company manufactures. By doing so, you’ll likely save money since you now get to buy at wholesale. Plus, it only makes sense to buy from yourself — to buy from “your own store.”

Q. I’ve tried Network Marketing before and it didn’t work for me.
A. Let’s say you’ve just moved into a new city and you decided to go out to eat that evening. Unfortunately, the food at the restaurant you picked turned out to be horrible. But just because of this one bad experience, you surely wouldn’t swear off eating at all the other restaurants in the city, would you? Of course not! Network Marketing is no different. There are fair NNetwork Marketing companies, great Network Marketing companies, and, yes, even some bad Network Marketing companies. But Network Marketing works! Q. I don’t have the cash right now to get involved in Network Marketing.
A. Get it! If a brand new $60,000 Mercedes were offered to you for $1000, would you find the money somehow to buy it? Go and get the money because your own Network Marketing business could be worth a lot more than that Mercedes.

Q. I can see how others have become successful, but I don’t think I could do it.

But here’s the main reason why “saturation” is a myth: Timing. In the U.S. alone, there are tens of thousands of brand new prospects “hatched” every year.
Part of that figure is young adults who have only just reached the stage in their lives where they’d consider (and could afford) to start a business. Then there are the thousands who have just experienced a major shift in the direction of their lives because of changes at work, at home, etc. These same people, who just months before could in no way, shape, or form be considered prospects for Network Marketing, NOW are suddenly very open to the proposition. And this is happening constantly. Bottom line: The market is wide open and the potential is enormous.
